We provide bespoke training programmes that are tailored to clients' requirements and experience. Our training programmes are conducted in our in-house training centre in London and vary in duration, normally between three and six days dependent upon the subjects covered.
We strive to ensure that all programmes offer participants a balanced mix of learning activities such as classroom tuition, practical exercise and site visits (including Lloyd's of London). Our instructors are experienced London Market practitioners from a variety of backgrounds such as underwriting, broking, claims, legal and consulting.

JLT also conducts seminars on specific subjects that may be of interest to a particular market segment. These seminars tend to be of a shorter duration of up to a day, and cover topical issues and trends in the market.
